Heather Singleton, vice president of operations of the Rhode Island Hospitality and Tourism Association, located in Cranston, has graduated from the Institute for Organization Management, held at Villanova University in Pa. This signifies completion of more than 90 hours of nonprofit study and dedication to the nonprofit profession. Singleton has worked at RIHTA since 1997, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. She received her associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Johnson & Wales University. Singleton lives in Providence.
