Mark Casper has been appointed executive chef at the Providence Biltmore. He will focus on all food and beverage responsibilities from banquets to employee dining. He was formerly employed at La Costa Resort & Spa, Sheraton Harbor Island Resort, and the U.S. Grant Grill in San Diego, California. Casper earned his culinary arts and food service management degrees at Johnson & Wales University.
