Kevin M. Gaudreau has been named executive chef at Vanderbilt Hall of Newport. He was formerly employed at the White Horse Tavern and as executive sous chef at Ruby Foo’s and Atlantic Grill, Both in New York City. Gaudreau was the winner of the grand prize at the International Culinary Extravaganza held in Newport in March 2000.
