Ian Lang has been named to the board of directors for HousingWorks RI. Lang, who had been the president and co-founder of political and public relations firm Lang Taylor Ltd., now serves as chief strategy officer at The Providence Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Trinity College. Lang is a member of the Providence Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Year Up. •
