James Franz has been appointed technical director / interactive services at RDW Group in Providence. He is responsible for overall technical design and implementation of all Web projects for the agency. Prior to joining the company, Franz held the same position at Benes Brand Imaging, based in Lexington, Mass. He is a graduate of Salve Regina University.
