James J. Cavallaro has been promoted to vice president in the commercial real estate finance department at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in 2005 as a relationship manager in commercial real estate finance. Cavallaro is responsible for providing financing to commercial developers and real estate investors and monitoring the performance of portfolio real estate loans. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Providence College.
