James K. Salome has been named to the board of directors for Navigant Credit Union. Salome currently serves as president of North Smithfield-based packaging and printing company Vanco Industries Inc., a position he has held since 1990. Salome is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in political science. •
