James McMillen has been named assistant vice president of enterprise user services at FM Global. In his new role, McMillen oversees a team of information-service professionals responsible for managing client infrastructure needs in engineering, underwriting and claims. Since joining FM Global, he has held a number of information service-related positions, each with increasing responsibility. •
