James Noonan of North Kingstown has been hired at Roger Williams University to be vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He had been employed by the Colibri Group and is now responsible for the financial operations of the university and the Ralph R. Papitto School of Law. He is experienced in financial forecasting, budget preparation and analysis, insurance, legal and banking relationships, software and operating systems. A Marine Corps veteran, Noonan is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
