James V. Aukerman has announced the opening of the firm James V. Aukerman & Associates, located at 60 South County Commons Way, Wakefield. He previously worked as a partner for Kenyon & Aukerman. Aukerman is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American Bar Association. He serves on the board of the South Kingstown Land Trust and is counsel to South County Conservancy in Charlestown. Aukerman has earned the certified financial planner designation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. and his juris doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston.
