James V. Flanagan, regional vice president for Florida-based Horizon Bay Management, has been named to the board of trustees of Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators, the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. Flanagan has over 20 years of management experience in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and retirement communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College. Flanagan and his family are residents of Warwick.
