Jamie Brooks has been named administrative director of the patient-care experience at Rhode Island Hospital. Brooks will be responsible for developing hospital-wide and departmental policies and programs for improving patient relations and satisfaction through employee-engagement initiatives. Previously, Brooks worked at Rhode Island Hospital in diagnostic imaging and as clinical manager of the neurology cerebrovascular lab. She most recently worked at Amgen Inc., serving as director of training and development. •
