Jan Faust Dane has been named food forager at the Ocean House. She will serve as a liaison between the Ocean House’s culinary team and local farms and purveyors in order to further the resort’s efforts to offer farm-to-table cuisine. Faust Dane brings to her role a background in journalism and marketing. She graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in broadcast studies. •
