Janet Bahl has been named vice president and chief clinical officer of patient care services for Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island. Bahl was previously the director of hospice and clinical operations for Partners Healthcare System. She is a graduate of Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing, and additionally holds a B.A. in business from Emmanuel College and an MBA from Argosy University. •
