Janet Raymond has been selected member of the year by the Northeastern Economic Developers Association. She is the senior vice president of economic development and operations at the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and chairs the Providence/ Cranston Workforce Investment Board. Raymond is only the second Rhode Islander to receive this award. •
