Jeffrey G. Millman has been appointed senior vice president and relationship manager of FirstFed, a division of Webster Bank N.A., for its middle market banking segment. He will be based in Easton, Mass. Millman previously worked for FleetBoston Financial for 18 years. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president of the structured real estate division. Millman lives in Plymouth, Mass.
