Jennifer Carufel has been promoted to vice president and training manager within Citizens Financial Group’s Training Division. Carufel is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships throughout the company and ensuring that training meets the needs of managers and colleagues. She joined the company in 1998. Carufel has a B.A. in psychology from Rhode Island College. •
