Jennifer Jansen has been named private dining director for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Jansen is the former owner and operator of an artisan cheese shop in Tiverton. She has also served as restaurant manager at the Copley Place Marriott and as catering sales manager for Restaurant Associates. Jansen holds a B.S. in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Mercyhurst College. •
