John A. Parmelee has been appointed to the board of directors for the Lenair Healing Foundation. Parmelee is a founding member of Parmelee, Poirier & Associates LLP. He has worked in public accounting since 1965, providing auditing and consulting services to a variety of government and nonprofit organizations. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in seven states, including Rhode Island. •
