John E. Bulman, an attorney with Little Medeiros Kinder Bulman & Whitney PC, was re-elected to the board of directors and the executive committee of the American Arbitration Association. Bulman was also appointed to chair the association’s committee on practice and management. He has more than 25 years experience in commercial and construction trial matters in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and other states. •
