John F. Harvey has been promoted to vice president of merchant services at the Washington Trust Co. Harvey joined the bank in 2007 as assistant vice president and merchant services manager and has more than 25 years of experience in the payments industry. He manages the sales and operations of the merchant services department. Harvey has a B.S. in business administration from Central Connecticut State University.
