John G. Mohan has been named assistant vice president and mortgage lending officer at Washington Trust in the bank’s Oaklawn Avenue branch office. He is responsible for originating residential mortgages, home-equity loans and lines of credit. He will work with a network of real estate, financial and building professionals. He has a B.A. in communication studies from the University of Rhode Island. •
