John J. Palumbo, president and publisher of R.I. Monthly Communications Inc., publishing company of Rhode Island Monthly magazine and related periodicals, has been named to Folio magazine’s Industry Innovators with Impact List. He joins a list of 40 magazine executives selected for their success in building their companies. Palumbo was the only regional magazine publisher noted on the list, which includes executives from Time Inc., The Atlantic Monthly and The New Yorker.
