John Van Dell has been named practice leader of the Land Development and Engineering Practice at ESS Group Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in site design, environmental permitting and business operations. Van Dell is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED-accredited professional. He holds a B.S. in physics from Davidson College and an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of California Irvine. •
