Karen Conti has been named chief operating officer for Rite-Solutions Inc. Conti most recently served as vice president of Naval Network at Lockheed Martin, where she was also the capture manager for the company’s CANES procurement win. Conti is also an advocate for the increased presence of women in leadership positions, particularly within the U.S. Department of Defense. ̶ •
