Karen McGrath Sheil has been named vice president of The Business Development Co. Previously, Sheil served as vice president at Fleet/ Bank of America Precious Metals. In her new role, Sheil will oversee the screening and underwriting of new business opportunities, manage the existing portfolio and assist with marketing efforts. She holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. •
