Kathi Crowe has been named executive director of the South County YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Providence. Prior to her appointment, Crowe has served as interim director of the South County branch. She is the former executive director of the National Foster Care Coalition, and has also served as a consultant for youth development and child welfare services at private and public agencies. ̶ •
