Keith W. Stokes has been appointed by Governor Donald L. Carcieri to serve on the board of directors of The Rhode Island Foundation through the end of 2012. Stokes was also recently named executive director of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation. Stokes holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University, and a master’s degree from the University of Chicago.
