Kelley Torkomian has been promoted to assistant vice president at Bank of Newport. She joined the bank in 1987. Torkomian has a Rhode Island Insurance Producers License and is a member of the board of directors of the Portsmouth Business Association. A resident of Middletown, she is also a member of the Rhode Island Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
