Kenneth Sciarra has been named branch manager of People’s Credit Union’s Thames Street office. He manages all operations of the Newport bank. Sciarra was most recently an auditor for United Healthcare and is pursuing a management degree at Bryant College. Sciarra lives in Warwick with his family.
