Kristen Mitchell has been promoted to senior vice president and corporate planning group manager at Citizens Bank. She joined Citizens in 1996, and joined the corporate planning department’s management reporting team in 2001. Mitchell now is responsible for corporate-level management reporting, including reports to Citizens’ parent company, the U.K.-based Royal Bank of Scotland.
