Kristina Richards of North Smithfield has been named project manager at national engineering, science and operations firm Woodard & Curran’s new Rhode Island office. A specialist in multimedia environmental auditing, she has worked on a wide range of compliance-assisted projects. Richards has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Lowell.
