William S. Gorgone has been named partner at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C.
of Providence. He will be responsible for business formations and financing, mergers
and acquisitions and general corporate matters for business clients, as well as
negotiation of all phases of real estate transactions for both residential and
commercial clients. Gorgone joined the firm in 1994 after serving as senior legislative
budget analyst at the Rhode Island House of Representatives Fiscal Advisory Staff.
He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and resident
of Smithfield.
