Lawrence W. Orlando has been promoted to vice president of buildings and facilities at the Washington Trust Co. Orlando joined the bank in 1990, was promoted to assistant facilities supervisor in 1996, and facilities supervisor in 2000. He was promoted to officer in 2001 and to assistant vice president in 2007. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all bank facilities, as well as vendor management.
