Leonard Panaggio has been named wine consultant for Blackstone Caterers. Panaggio previously served as corporate beverage director for Newport Harbor Corp. He has also held positions as general manager for The Mooring Restaurant and regional manager of The Chart House. In 1995, Panaggio was named Rhode Island Hospitality Association’s restaurateur of the year. •
