Lucille Cavan has been promoted to senior vice president/human resources at Citizens Bank. Cavan is the HR group director for Citizens Services Group and Retail Delivery. She is responsible for Citizens Mortgage Company and for consumer finance and phone bank among other duties. She joined Citizens in 1993 and is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University. She is a board member of the YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut and resides in Waterford, Conn.
