Lynn A. Pitochelli has been named vice president of business development at Qualified Resources International LLC. She will be responsible for expanding the New England client base for the firm’s light industrial and professional divisions. Pitochelli previously served as vice president of client services for the New England market at Right Management, an employment-consulting division of Manpower Inc. •
