Marcia W. Liggin has been named senior vice president and chief nursing officer for Southcoast Hospitals Group. Liggin will have responsibility for patient services at Southcoast’s three hospital sites: Charlton Memorial, St. Luke’s Hospital and Tobey Hospital. She has a B.S. in nursing from Stonehill College and a M.B.A. from Suffolk University.
