Mariann Papineau has been named office manager for Ron Smith Homes.
She will manage all bookkeeping, customer service, financial and advertising.
Before joining Ron Smith Homes, Papineau had worked as a bookkeeper for Source Packaging of New England. She previously had managed bookkeeping for Pawtuxet Valley Bus and Yankee Fiber Control.
Papineau has a B.A. from Johnson & Wales University.
