Mary Anne Tuttle has been named vice president and residential lending operations manager at BankNewport. She has held various positions, most recently serving as assistant vice president and residential lending operations manager. Tuttle will be responsible for managing the processing, underwriting and closing of the bank’s residential mortgage loans.
