Matthew T. Brannigan has been named senior vice president of marketing at BCS Financial Corporation. Most recently, Brannigan served as president of Sakonnet Health Partners. Previously, he worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island as senior vice president of sales, marketing and health and wellness. He has a B.A. in business administration from Oswego University and an MBA in finance from Fordham University. •
