Michael Dolan has been named to the board of directors of the Brown Rudnick Charitable Foundation Corp. He is a partner in the firm’s real estate section, specializing in commercial real estate with a focus on secured lending and telecommunications. Dolan is also chairman of the firm’s hiring committee. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and his juris doctorate from Boston College.
