Michael L. Hanna has been elected to the North America board of directors of CPA Associates International Inc. A certified public accountant, Hanna has worked for Sullivan & Co. for the past 28 years and is a principal of the firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and currently serves on the board of the university’s advisory board for the School of Business Administration. •
