Michelle Gerez has joined the Bethany Home as its president and administrator. She is only the fourth person to serve as administrator of the nonprofit nursing and housing provider since its founding in 1892. Gerez previously had worked at Roger Williams Medical Center and as a private management consultant. She has a master’s degree in health services administration from Salve Regina University.
