Nancy N. Lapre has been named vice president and branch manager at the Richmond branch of The Washington Trust Co. She will oversee branch operations and develop new business relationships. Lapre has more than 31 years of banking experience in the central and southern Rhode Island markets, and for the past 10 years, served as a branch manager in East Greenwich. She has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. •
