Ned Handy has been named to the board of directors of Delta Dental of Rhode Island. Handy currently serves as president of Citizens Bank Rhode Island and is a member of the executive team of Citizens Financial Group. Handy, who joined Citizens in 1995, also oversees the group’s Commercial Real Estate Finance division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Brown University. •
