Neil McManus, of Gencorp Insurance Group in East Providence, has earned the commercial lines professional insurance designation of accredited customer service representative by the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island. The designation is awarded to those that have passed six national insurance exams covering the majority of commercial lines insurance contracts. McManus also earned the designation of personal lines accredited customer service representative. He lives in Tiverton.
