Network Six acquisition completed

PROVIDENCE – Reston, Virginia-based systems integrator TRW Inc. has completed its purchase of Network Six., Inc., an information technology company specializing in human services, for $5.3 million including assumption of net debt. The transaction closed on August 16.
TRW Systems has established a Northeast operations office at Network Six’s Providence facility to manage and pursue state and local business throughout New England. Donna J. Guido, vice president of information systems for Network Six, will lead this office for TRW.
