NEW BEDFORD — A task force is being formed to serve as an ongoing forum to deal with information technology issues, such as bandwidth capabilities and Internet access for businesses by the New Bedford Economic Development Council. Carl Ribviero, president of Luzo Foods, who also operates an e-commerce business, is the task force’s chair.
