Pamela Heffernan has been named program director at Leadership Rhode Island, the community leadership development institute. She is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Rhode Island and has 19 years of leadership, management, technical and sales experience. Heffernan is a graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts and has served as chair of the LRI Program Advisory Committee. She is past president of the Rhode Island Special Olympics and president of Performance Management Associates. She resides in Cumberland.
